  INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU

  We may collect all or some of the following information relating to you:

      • The age of your children
      • Credit/Debit Card details
      • Special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect your chosen booking.

     

    When you use our online booking system you will be prompted to input your name and address and your credit/debit card details on our Check Out page. Your credit/debit card information is encrypted to reach Stripe system, which is a third party payment processor. This information is being collected by Stripe directly in order to take authorised payments for your deposit or balance payment and you should refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details about how it will be used by them. We do not see or store your credit/debit card information.

    When we email you directly an invoice to pay for your deposit or the balance of your holiday you will pay by credit/debit card through Stripe system, which is a third party payment processor. We do not see or store your credit/debit card information. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy .

    When you click on the Cool Camping icon on the Bell Tent Tariff page you will get to Bedful booking system. Your name, telephone number, email and postal address will be collected by Bedful booking system and they will pass these information onto us in order to process your booking. Please refer to Bedful Booking’s Privacy Policy for details on how your information will be used by them.

    USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

    Your information will enable us to send you receipts and to contact you when necessary concerning your enquiries and bookings by email or telephone. It also enable us to calculate the price of your holiday and the tourist tax. If you notify us of any special requirements this will enable us to supply you with information relating to your requirements and plan your stay with us accordingly.

    DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

    Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.

    WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE

    In the first instance, please talk to us directly so we can resolve any problem or query. You also have the right to contact the Information Commissions Office (ICO) if you have any questions about Data Protection. You can contact them using their help line 0303 123 113 or at ico.org.uk. You may ask us in writing for a copy of the information we hold about you and in some circumstances to delete, rectify and block the information we hold about you; to complete and restrict its use, and to port it to another organisation. You have the right to request additional information about the handling of your personal data and to object to the processing of your data in some circumstances. Where we have asked for consent to process your data, you may withdraw this consent.
