DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Bookings require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount of your holiday. The balance of payment will be due 60 days before your arrival date and once paid is non-refundable. Failure to ensure that such payment reaches us by this date may result in the cancellation of the holiday.
The number of persons on the pitch is not to exceed the maximum number stated on any booking form.
When you pay your deposit we will send you a receipt including the details of your holiday. Booking and payment is considered the establishment of a legal contract.
It is recommended that you take out insurance to protect the risk of cancellation from the time of booking and for medical, baggage cover etc. whilst abroad.
In the event you have to cancel once the full balance of your holiday has been paid we will make every effort to re-book the accommodation. If we are successful we will refund you the difference less the deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking already made should the pitch become unavailable for some reason(s) beyond our control (storm damage for instance). A full refund of monies would be made to the holiday maker in these circumstances but we are under no further liability
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your pitch will be available at 14.00 on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.30 on your departure day. Please contact us if you wish to arrive at an earlier time or leave after 11.30.
To retain the peacefulness of the campsite, vehicle movement is only allowed between 8.00 to 22.30 hours. If you are arriving after these hours please contact us. Vehicles must not move around the site outside these hours and noise must be kept to a minimum. If customers are deemed to be causing unreasonable disturbance we have the right to ask them to leave without refund.
Only two dogs per pitch. Please contact us if you have more than 2 dogs.
We do not accept Category 1 or 2 dogs, these include Staffordshire and American Staffordshire Terriers (pit bulls), Tosa Inu, Boerbull Mastiff, Rottweiler (NB Staffordshire Bull Terriers are exempt from the above list).
Dogs staying on site must be kept on a lead at all times. You must clear up after your dogs. If you fail to do so you may be asked to leave without refund.
Swimming Pool: Please ensure that you read the regulations displayed by the pool. The pool is not life-guarded; therefore all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving, no smoking, no glass and no dogs are allowed around the pool at any time.
Bicycles are available for a small charge. Please bring your own bicycle helmet and other safety accessories.
CHEMICAL TOILET WASTE
Please only use the green toilet chemical, which is safe to use in our septic tank.
BBQ AND CAMPFIRES
You may barbecue on your pitch but ground level barbecues are not permitted.
Sorry no campfires allowed.
The management will not be liable to the guests for any loss or damage to their property. It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure that they have adequate travel and medical insurance in place.
We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of public services, loss or damage or injury caused by adverse weather conditions.
Parking your vehicle on the campsite is at your own risk
If you would like to have guests this should be authorised by the owners by prior arrangement. Guests must register on arrival. If the guests wish to use the leisure facilities there will be a small charge.
We will do everything to make sure that you have an enjoyable holiday. In the unfortunate event that a problem arises, please register the problem with us immediately. We will do all reasonable steps to resolve the problem. We regret that we will not be able to address any issues raised after your holiday has ended.
