BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Bookings require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount of your holiday. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your arrival date and once paid it is non-refundable. Failure to ensure that such payment reaches us by this date may result in the cancellation of the holiday.

If a booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date the full amount will be due at the time of booking your holiday.

When you pay your deposit we will send you a receipt including the details of your holiday. Booking and payment is considered the establishment of a legal contract.

The number of persons using the bell tent is not to exceed the maximum number stated on any booking form.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

It is recommended that you take out insurance to protect the risk of cancellation from the time of booking and for medical, baggage cover etc. whilst abroad.

In the event you have to cancel once the full balance of your holiday has been paid we will make every effort to re-book the accommodation. If we are successful we will refund you the difference less the deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking already made should the bell tent or campsite facilities become unavailable for reasons beyond our control (storm damage for instance).  A full refund of monies including deposit would be made to the holiday maker in these circumstances but we are under no further liability.
